Your guide normally drops you back at your hotel at in the early afternoon or stay in the vibrant V&A Waterfront for your own exploration.

After breakfast your guide will collect you for a spectacular private journey around the Cape Peninsula taking in all the highlights and breathtaking beauty of this world-renowned region, including travelling through historic suburbs of Muizenberg, St James and Simon’s Town, a stop at the famous Boulder’s Beach where the penguins are located as well as the scenic Chapman’s Peak Drive. charming fishing villages of Kalk Bay and Hout Bay and beautiful viewpoints on the way to Cape Point, where the mighty Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet in harmony. 

A free day to explore Cape Town and visit the V&A Waterfront area with its many cafes, shops and restaurants. From here, you may wish to go to Robben Island where from the 17th to the 20th centuries, the Island served as a place of banishment, isolation and imprisonment, made infamous by its most prominent inmate, Nelson Mandela. Today it is a World Heritage Site and museum, a poignant reminder to the price paid for freedom.
